  1. WOW. After an amazing trip like that, I think that’s all we can say. The first night I wondered how it was all going to turn out, if we were going to be antisocial and stay with our church only or not (gladly it was the latter). But besides connecting with people we’ll never see again, we connected with each other. Ask any teen that went on the trip and they will be at a loss for words about Thursday night. The only way I can think to describe it is that the Holy Spirit moved through the room like a typhoon. Everybody was crying. I’m soooooooooo glad I went. #Unity #Nooga #IloveBC #ALLDAYERRDAY
P.S. God answered my prayers instantaneously about lost things. #yea #CrazyAwesome

  2. Well as a reflection of this trip i think that god has really been trying to tell me that I need to humble myself to others so that I can have a servants heart. Also through our different work sites i think that god has been telling me, and maybe some of y’all that we should actually try serving in the community.

  4. First, god has taught me how to be calm and listen to him when I am panicing and/or unpatient. One cool thing that has happened is that while we were at a christian nurseing home not too far from here, we got to visit and talk to some of the elderly there and they told some stories to us. I am exited to go and see the church service tonite. The autitorium looks HUUGE. I am getting to serve in many ways. I get to go to the forest preserves and help cut down trees to clear new paths, help carrying things, etc. It has been a blast serving here and I look forward to the next mission trip.

I am so ready to give Emily a huge hug tomorrow night. The house is quiet without you and cleaner too. Be courageous and bold for God today and travel safe tomorrow. 16. Having a great time down in Chattanooga, TN. We got to the church at around 7pm eastern time zone (6pm central). It’s about 10 and were just sitting around doing this, and well basically nothing right now. We had a little church service sorta thing which was different than whatwe have done in Bloomingdale. SSSOOOOO TIRED

  18. I loved starting our projects. We started at the Head Start place that was basically a government funded day care. That was pretty interesting, not in a bad way. Next we went to a very nice nursing home. We had one good conversation with some one, but besides that, nothing much happened. #needtoshowernow
